☀️ Weather — Late April
Warm, Sunny & Dry
Late April in Phoenix is near-perfect. Expect daytime highs around 85–90°F and clear skies with virtually zero chance of rain. Evenings cool down to the mid-to-upper 50s — comfortable enough for dinner outdoors. You'll get about 12 hours of sunshine per day.
What to pack: Light layers for the air-conditioned venue, sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. Evenings are mild but a light jacket won't hurt. Leave the umbrella at home.

Modern Value✈️ Getting There
✈️ Fly In
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is about 7 miles from the venue — roughly 12 minutes by car. One of the most well-connected airports in the West. Most major carriers fly direct.
🚗 Rideshare
Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Phoenix. Airport to venue or hotel is typically $15–25. The easiest way to get around if you're not renting a car.
🚘 Rental Car
All major rental agencies are at PHX. Useful if you want to explore beyond downtown, but not necessary — most hotels and the venue are within a tight downtown radius.
🚇 Light Rail
The Valley Metro light rail runs through downtown Phoenix and stops near the venue. A budget-friendly option if your hotel is on the rail line.
💡 Quick Tips
Hydrate. Phoenix is dry desert air. Bring a water bottle and drink more than you think you need — especially during 12-hour days.
Arrive the night before. We start at 8 AM sharp on Day 1. Don't gamble on a morning flight.
Bring your brand assets. You'll receive a full prep checklist before the event — logos, colors, brand files. Have them in a folder on your laptop so you can build with your real assets during the sessions.
Laptop charged, charger packed. This is a hands-on build event. You'll need your machine all day, every day.
Roosevelt Row after hours. If you somehow have energy after 8 PM, Roosevelt Row is Phoenix's arts district — walkable from downtown with great food, bars, and galleries.
